Police are on the lookout for the driver behind a single car crash earlier this morning that blocked traffic on Route 41 for over 5 hours.

A Chevy Blazer with a Pennsylvania license plate was traveling southbound on Kings Highway around 3am when it crashed into the concrete barrier. The Blazer rode up over the barrier, flipped and then coasted across the road's northbound lanes, where it then came to a stop, said Lt. William Kushina of the Cherry Hill Police Dept.

A driver could not be located when Police arrived on the scene. No one else was present in the vehicle. Police used helicopters and thermal image cameras but still couldn't find the driver, said Kushina.

The police department's traffic unit is now following up on the accident and officers will continue to investigate it, he said.
