More Oysters Found To Be Contaminated - Why Risk Food Poisoning?

More Louisiana oysters were found to be contaminated in the latest news from the Food and Drug Association (FDA). As a New Year's resolution, why not resolve just not to eat raw oysters anymore. As someone who did eat a bad oyster from a very good restaurant in Boca Raton, I've had it. Isn't the time long past for the FDA to make certain that the nation's food supply is safe? This shouldn't be a D or R issue. The number of food poisoning cases continues to rise and the government must step in to stop it.
