If you are a veteran of any of the armed services and have received the Purple Heart, you may be entitled to certain benefits. Many of you may have applied for benefits and have been denied. This callous treatment of our men and women heroes is unfortunate, but it can be fixed. It doesn't matter when you served, but the only requirement is that you have received a Purple Heart and been turned down for disability benefits by the VA. There are attorneys willing to help you on a contingent fee basis. That means you do not have to pay a fee unless there is a recovery. Please call any Injury Board attorney in your area for someone who can help you.
